How do you bounce back after burnout in med school when guilt hits hard?

Like you know you need rest… but every minute you’re not studying you feel guilty??

I try to nap and end up thinking about past papers.

I take a break and suddenly everyone’s saying “I finished this subject twice already.”

How do you rest without spiraling? Genuinely asking because I don’t remember the last time I relaxed without guilt :clown_face:
