• Use planners or apps to schedule everything even down to naps
• Combine social time with study time (study groups are your best friends)
• Learn to say no sometimes (yes even to that party)
• Prioritize sleep like it’s your most important class
• Don’t forget to have mini “me” moments like quick walks or listening to music
