Is it just me or does waking up for med school feel like a daily betrayal?

I’ll set 3 alarms — 6:00, 6:10, 6:30 but when that first one rings, I stare at the ceiling like, do I really need this degree that bad?

My body feels like lead. My brain is like “snooze, just five minutes.” And boom. It’s 8:15 and I have to sprint to class with toothpaste still in my mouth.

I love medicine, I do. But waking up at 6 am for 8 am classes where they read out slides in monotone should be considered a form of psychological warfare :skull:
