I’m in MBBS and lately I’ve realized just how overwhelming it is to find good resources not just for studying but also for keeping my sanity intact.
So here’s a compiled list of stuff that’s actually helped me (and might help someone else too):
Study Resources
• Dr. Najeeb Lectures – Especially for neuroanatomy and physiology. A bit slow but he explains like no one else.
• Osmosis & Armando Hasudungan (YouTube) – For visuals and concepts you’ll actually remember.
• Marrow – Their videos and QBank are honestly worth using from 1st year, not just for NEET PG.
• Anki decks – Spaced repetition for anatomy and micro is a game-changer if you’re consistent.
• Your seniors’ notes – They literally know what your examiner asks. Use them.
